The Martlets Hospice has been given a car for the first prize in its fifth-anniversary grand draw, which takes place on Monday, December 23. The orange-coloured tickets, at £1, will be arriving on doormats and on sale everywhere from next week.
I want to ask everyone to buy at least one. The odds are far better than the National Lottery and the cause so worthwhile.
