I have recently been in Southlands Hospital, Shoreham, for a hip replacement operation.
The treatment was excellent from the surgeon, nursing staff in Amber ward and after-care in my home by the nurses, physiotherapists and occupational therapists.
I am very grateful to all concerned in the NHS for the wonderful care and attention that was given to me.
