A man has appeared in court today charged with murdering West Sussex businessman Robert Saint, whose body was found last week.
David Macbride, 44, of Bramber Close, Bognor, did not enter a plea.
The case was adjourned until December 20. There was no application for bail and he was remanded in custody.
Mr Saint, 70, a widower of Horsham Road, Steyning, disappeared in September. His body was later found washed up on the Isle of Wight.
A post-mortem examination showed he died from head injuries.
