A breakfast seminar is to be held for Sussex business leaders needing tips on buying and selling companies.
The seminar, at the Thistle Hotel, Kings Road, Brighton, on September 27 (8 am), will be run by Lloyds TSB Corporate, chartered accountants Mazars, solicitors DMH and Lloyds TSB Development Capital. It costs £25 plus VAT.
Speakers include Adrian Alexander and Ray Chidell, of Mazars, Vincent O'Brien, of DMH, Jonathan Caswell, of Lloyds Development Capital, and Adrian Wenn, of Lloyds TSB Corporate.
