Five people have been charged with drugs offences after police found an amphetamine factory on an East Sussex farm.
The National Crime Squad raided a farm at Bugsell Mill Oast in Hurst Green, near Robertsbridge, on Thursday.
Five people were arrested and later charged, some with conspiracy to supply amphetamine and others with being concerned in the manufacture of the same drug.
They were John Graham Pierce, 41, of Greyswood Street, Streatham, London; Kevin Hoare, 46, of Bugsell Mill Oast, Hurst Green; his son Adam Hoare, 20, and Alan Smith, 52, all of the same address; and Tracey Thaker, 35, of Vicarage Way, Hurst Green.
Pierce and Kevin Hoare were charged with conspiracy to supply amphetamine.
All except Pierce were charged with being concerned in the manufacture of amphetamine.
The five appeared at Hastings Magistrates' Court on Saturday morning.
All except Thaker were remanded in custody to reappear on July 26. Thaker was bailed to reappear at a later date.
