Why should anyone like Jayne Haycocks (The Argus, May 24) be allowed to light one of these filthy, foul-smelling, dirty things anywhere, let alone in a restaurant where there is food and human beings?
Cigarettes are killers, which any normal, clean-living adult knows. She should be banned from every eating establishment in the area or even the country.
Apparently, there are "no smoking" signs in this Burger King. She disobeyed the rule and even dared to argue with the security officer, Usham Bastawi, who was only doing his job - and most professionally - by stopping her polluting the air.
