A road in Eastbourne was blocked for several hours after a car hit two parked cars.
No one was injured in the incident, which took place yesterday evening in Etchingham Road.
Firefighters were called to clear away debris.
Mark Gordon, 30, of Marsden Road, Eastbourne, was charged with drink-driving and will appear before Eastbourne magistrates on April 24.
