I imagine the Personal, Social and Health Education team for East Sussex teaches children to abstain from smoking, drinking and drug taking.
Why not teach them to abstain from sex until they are old enough to form a
loving, permanent relationship, within marriage preferably?
The Government's Teenage Pregnancy Unit and Sex Education Forum don't seem to have done a very good job so far. They are concerned about the increase in teenage pregnancies but can only offer the morning-after Pill.
There is a big increase in sexually transmitted infections, especially chlamydia, which boys can get too. I worry for the health of young women and girls.
