Wannabe pop stars are expected to queue for hours for the chance to be part of Sussex's answer to S Club or Westlife.
Auditions are taking place this weekend to find youngsters to form a pop group based in Brighton and Hove.
The contest is organised by Hove drama student Alex Webster in conjunction with radio station Juice 107.2.
The winners will be trained and formed into a band that will be promoted by the station.
The auditions take place at the Langfords Hotel, Third Avenue, Hove, on Sunday from noon. For an application form, call Mr Webster on 07763 580051 or turn up on the day.
Those who arrive should have practised a song and bring backing music. Applicants should bring a photo of themselves.
