What a treat to see the other evening on TV a short clip of the late Matt Monro singing Born Free.
I cannot understand why no one has made a tribute programme to this fine singer.
I'm sure many people would be thrilled. I was fortunate to meet Matt a number of times in the Seventies.
Apart from having a golden voice, he was also a very nice person.
