Chairman Dick Knight has assured fans Albion are safe following the collapse of ITV Digital.
The television company went into administration in the High Court yesterday.
Clubs up and down the country are now under threat after budgeting for funds from ITV Digital's £315 million deal with the Football League.
Albion's Second Division rivals Swindon have gone into administration, but Knight said: "Albion are not vulnerable. We have seen this coming for some time and have never budgeted on the basis of expected TV income.
"Whether we are in the First or Second Division next season we will set realistic budgets taking into account the final outcome of the TV issue.
"Meanwhile, Albion fans can rest assured that the future of the club is not in jeopardy as a result of the current situation."
