We have had so many let-downs over the restoration of the West Pier, so let us hope it goes ahead before any more damage is done to it, especially with all the winds and high tides we have suffered recently.
I do not agree with the new buildings, however, but would prefer to restore it to the Thirties' condition we all remember it as being in.
