Up until now the words Romeo and Juliet have only been part of the police vocabulary because of their place in the phonetic alphabetic.
But that is all set to change when officers deliver greetings cards to their top ten known troublemakers.
So tomorrow The Argus joins its voice with the police - wishing all our local criminals a Happy Villain-tines.
