I posted an A4- sized packet containing two video tapes, a letter and some pictures. Of course, I registered it.
This was 11am on Wednesday, January 2, and, to my surprise, my friends in Stoke-on-Trent were on the phone the next day to say the postman was on their doorstep in the freezing cold at 8am delivering it.
More than 240 miles and less than 21 hours. Pretty good with all the frost and snow they have had up in the North.
