A crash caused traffic chaos today as many went back to work for the first time after the New Year.
The accident, involving two cars and a cyclist, happened just before 8am on the B2112, just north of the Garden Pride garden centre near Ditchling.
The road was closed, causing major tailbacks towards Clayton, Keymer and Hassocks.
One person suffered minor injuries and was taken to the Princess Royal Hospital in Haywards Heath.
