It was nice to be noticed by a young man, among others, on their way home on the bus as four old ladies sang carols.
He even dropped some coins into one lady's hand as he got off and said he didn't usually hear buskers on a bus.
After all, the four ladies had just been to a party get-together for Christmas. I was one.
