An investigation has been launched into a fire which destroyed offices at a Mid Sussex industrial estate last night.
Firefighters raced to the Lions Farm Road estate in Slinfold, near Horsham, shortly before 8pm.
They found flames and smoke pouring from the first floor premises of Ash Communications.
Fire appliances from Horsham, Billingshurst and Partridge Green spent two hours tackling the blaze, which severely damaged the first floor.
A burst water main caused further damage to a ground-floor unit occupied by printing firm Technigraphics.
