What the Citizens' Advice Bureau trustees do not want to tell the citizens of Hove (Letters, December 10) is that they have more than £60,000 in cash available in reserves, which they refuse to use.

This money should be used to defer the closure of the Hove CAB and look for other solutions within 12 months.

People in public office should tell the whole truth. The information is on public record at the Charity Commission, charity no 1063547.

Come on, CAB, forget arguing with Don Turner and get on with the business of serving Hove citizens.
