Don't fix what ain't broke - yet it's all a mess. I strongly suspect there is something amiss in Brighton and Hove City Council and it's not what they are putting in the water, either.
Nobody is accountable and everyone blames someone else.
It's high time these ex-youth trainees who fast-tracked into management were got rid of and given jobs they could manage and which had no impact on society. Have you ever heard of the term "full circle"? Keep watching and you'll see it happen.
