Police are appealing for help in catching a robber armed with a knife who held up a Brighton hamburger bar.
The man leapt over the counter of Uncle Sam's, Carden Road, on Sunday night and threatened staff with a large knife.
He stole money from the till before running off.
A police spokesman said the man was wearing a light-coloured hooded top.
