Atheist C Wadey displays a woeful lack of general knowledge in his criticism of the Reverend John Webster (Letters, October 4), somehow assuming he is a member of a religion where mass murder is considered a valid gateway to paradise.
A relevant question is, however, raised about the cause of evil and suffering.
The answer is not God but the Devil, although C Wadey won't believe in him either.
