I see from Councillor Simon Battle's comments (Letters, September 3) he is confused, as normal. The idea of rooms in the roof, which I fully support, came not from me but from residents in Hangleton. I, as a ward councillor, attempt to assist them in putting forward their ideas. This is the role of an elected representative.
