Brighton-based Red Design has appointed Justin Williams to the role of junior designer.
Mr Williams will join the company after college, having impressed during a work experience placement.
The appointment marks a new style of recruitment for Red Design. It previously operated as a partnership, drawing on a pool of freelance designers, photographers and illustrators, as and when required.
The change comes in a year of considerable growth for the company, in particular new business from Island Records, Soma Records and Brighton's Hotel Pelirocco.
