Could any of your readers, or Mr Roger French himself, enlighten me as to who are the owners of the unfamiliar names on the new No 5 buses?
I've asked around and nobody seems to know. Who the dickens are the Lawrence Sisters? The Kaye Sisters (long-time residents) make more sense.
As for two sporting heroes, Olympic gold medallist Steve Ovett and heavyweight champ Tommy Farr don't appear on any route.
And what about me? Thirty-two consecutive wins (not out) and 16 track records - and not a dickybird.
