A man appeared in court today accused of kidnapping and raping a seven-year-old girl.
Stephen Potter, 35, formerly of Olive Road, Hove and now of no fixed address, is charged with committing the offences in Hove on March 17.
He was remanded in custody by Brighton magistrates to appear at Lewes Crown Court on April 10.
There was no application for bail.
