When National Car Park attendants start patrolling the streets of Brighton and Hove as traffic wardens, what hours will they be working?
I have heard they will be on the go for 24 hours - in which case, where will all the illegally parked cars be moved and will they be getting tickets all the time? Something will have to give.
More importantly, will they be towing away all the dumped and untaxed cars? Make sure they do - before issuing tickets.
