Albion forward Darren Freeman has asked to come off the transfer list.
Boss Micky Adams revealed last night: "We had a chat on Friday morning. He thought he had been a little bit hasty."
Brighton-born Freeman, 27, requested a transfer after he was dropped for the home victory against Blackpool a month ago. Last season's leading scorer was ruled out from the start of September to mid-December following two hernia operations.
Freeman, whose two-year contract expires this summer, said: "I've had a bad season with injuries and a lot of it was frustration.
"I want to come off the list for myself and the team so there is no unrest and we are all together. I feel I can still offer Brighton something."
