What's in a name? Plenty in the eyes of the law when it comes to Alan Morris of Portslade.
Mr Morris has lost a certificate proving his surname was changed from Neri after he left a children's home when he was 11 years old.
Now his driving licence is not up to date and he can't get a new one without proof of his name.
All the official documentation has been destroyed.
Mr Morris has tried his best to prove who he is to officialdom and has failed. If he is ever accused of not having a valid driving licence, he'll have to plead that he's the invisible man.
