On the subject of prostitutes' cards in telephone boxes (Argus, December 13), now the Government has spent three years of valuable parliamentary time achieving its objective of reducing the age of consent for all sexual activities, it appears the local representative, Ivor Caplin, and Lord Bassam and Paul Boateng are now set on another marathon exercise, this time as moralists. Never mind the roads, floods, NHS and other minor issues. Sex is their top priority!
