Everyone who's ever travelled on a bus full of rowdy, shouting schoolchildren knows what a pain and a problem it can be.
Brighton and Hove Bus and Coach Company and Metrobus have, in the past, had to withdraw some services because of vandalism and even violence.
But now some schools have found a simple and rather old fashioned solution to the problem on school buses.
Cardinal Newman and Patcham High are among schools which have posted monitors to keep an eye on the troublemakers.
If there's a hint of rowdyism the villains are off the buses. It works well. Most youngsters, as well as adults, are happy with the results.
