Ronnie Davies is putting Hove back on the boxing map.
Chris Eubank's former trainer has regained his promoter's license from the British Boxing Board of Control.
And he has already lined up four shows at Hove Town Hall.
Davies stopped promoting in 1988 as his association with former world champ Eubank flourished.
Now, with son Shaun working alongside him, he has booked dates in February, May, August and November.
Prospects from Davies' ten-strong stable will feature on each of the bills at Hove Town Hall.
"They will all be meaningful fights," Davies pledged.
"I have got probably four of the best ticket sellers in the country, so I know I can sell the place.
"People I have met really want to see boxing back in this area."
One of Davies' fighters, Scott Spencer, sold £4,000 worth of tickets on his debut at Bethnal Green in November.
