The public will be able to visit a nature reserve which was used as the backdrop for Hollywood blockbuster Pearl Harbor thanks to new funding.
Money from English Nature Local Nature Reserve Fund and fees from film companies who have used the area have been donated to Seaford Head to open up areas which had become overgrown and inaccessible.
Scrub clearance work has now been carried out by the nature reserve's management committee and the Sussex Downs Conservation Board.
The cash has also helped to pay for a new information leaflet which can be found at the Seven Sisters Country Park visitor centre.
Pearl Harbor is one of many programmes and films to have used Seaford Head because of its open, unspoilt landscape.
