I was disgusted with Brian Behan's outrageous suggestions regarding Brighton's alcoholics and drug addicts (Opinion, October 15). It is lucky Mr Behan lives in a democracy, otherwise he would not be extended the right of freedom of speech to make statements which are obviously planks in a platform to become mayor!
Mr Behan's intention to end all parking levies indicates be obviously rents and does not pay rates because it is we who will get it in the neck!
