In Mr Young's letter (May 25) there was a rather brash statement. He stated: "At no time have we persuaded or manhandled the customers into our cars, unlike some of the taxis who use the Pool Valley rank".
I would like an explanation of that. I think if any licensed Brighton taxi had been guilty of "grabbing and manhandling a customer into his cab" it would have been widely reported.
