The Budweiser League club are holding a press conference at the Centre on Monday when they are expected to reveal they will be moving in for the start next season.
Bears have been playing at the Worthing Leisure Centre for 15 years, but the capacity is only 1,400, compared to the Centre's 5,000, and their current venue is not able to stage lucrative televised fixtures.
Discussions about a switch to Brighton began in December and the club, currently bottom of the table, hope the move will help them attract thousands of new fans.
