JULIE Pullin's fine run in the LTA 25k dollar Satellite tournament at Redbridge came to an unhappy end in the semi-finals.
Facing Warwickshire's Louise Latimer, the British number five, Hove player Pullin suffered a reccurence of pulled stomach muscle and although she struggled through the first set before losing 2-6,she had to retire after going one game down in the second set.
Pullin, with Surrey's Lorna Woodroffe, had also reached the semi-final stages of the dubles but had to default.
