The unidentified writer of the letter entitled "Guaranteed Solution to Anti-Social Behaviour" (The Argus, July 2) said they were interested in hearing readers' views.
Well, my view is that the drastic steps they suggest are the only way. We must make them quickly before it's too late.
Three men in the last seven days have died standing up to these young hooligans and for what sort of punishment?
One problem not mentioned is that of young, single girls getting pregnant and then requiring a home and money.
They want the State to keep them. Even doing this once is more than enough. Perhaps if easy payouts weren't there and they had to work for their money, they might think twice about doing it.
