I live in West Hill Road. We have Parking wardens patrolling virtually around the clock, booking everything they can - usually for minor infringements.
I cycle to work off Western Road and every morning there are vehicles parked on double-yellow lines causing dangerous obstruction and never a parking attendant in sight.
Parking is a common complaint but I believe the current policy is bad for the city, bad for tourism, bad for residents and no help to road users.
