I have just come out of the Royal Sussex County Hospital having suffered a heart attack. All I can say is that, from the ambulance drivers to the cleaners, it was a wonderful first trip to A&E.

I was met straight away, then taken to the cardiac ward. The nurses were lovely and so kind - they couldn't help me enough.

I was later moved to level ten in the tower block and I found the nurses there were also very good and always on hand to help me.

As for cleanliness, I couldn't fault it. They were forever cleaning and washing their hands and the beds were changed every day, without fail.
