How come Brighton and Hove City Council has thousands of pounds to spare so as to move the Volks Railway a few feet, new track to be laid and children's toilets built?
Surely the money could have been better spent on a proper sports stadium for the children. They could be taught new sports and could help manage the facilities.
Put them in charge and I'm sure the graffiti and vandalism would stop.
Let's be proud of being a city.
