Veteran Labour politician Tony has had a heart pacemaker fitted after collapsing at the party's Brighton conference.
Mr Benn, 80, had the device fitted during a two-hour operation on Friday at the Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton.
He has since returned to his London home.
