It never ceases to amaze me how little the anti-stadium brigade actually know about the proposed site at Falmer.
Dave Beard (Letters, October 8) says the stadium is to be built in the Lewes District Council area and mentions a retail park.
The stadium will actually be built wholly within Brighton and there will be no retail outlets.
On the same page, David Pritchard speaks up for the beauty of the University of Sussex, when the proposed site is, in fact, on the other side of the road, beside Brighton University.
