It isn't safe to walk on pavements in Brighton any more, due to cyclists who feel they have the right to use pavements instead of cycle lanes.
Brighton is not short of cycle lanes so I can't see why cyclists use pavements.
Can't we have a clampdown on cyclists riding on pavements?
