I wish Brighton and Hove City Council would make up its mind as to whether it wants to encourage local people to use cycle lanes or not.
Have any of the councillors tried cycling in the cycle lanes in Dyke Road? There are so many cars parked in them, they are impossible to use. Perhaps Dyke Road is outside the council's control.
Come on council, they're either to be used or not.
