Congratulations to the thousands of Brighton and Hove Albion football fans.
You are a loyal and enthusiastic lot and have stuck with your team through thick and thin, since being deprived of a ground since 1997.
I have always felt genuinely sorry for you all - and especially in the way the Goldstone went under.
However, I am sad at this decision and at The Argus's outrageously biased promotion of the Falmer stadium.
I would like to discuss this further but have a trip to make - to my local newsagent to cancel my Argus forever.
You see, Falmer is the wrong place.
