Sexy singer Chico and budding ballroom dancer Patsy Palmer have been dumped from their TV talent shows.
Chico was voted off ITV's the X-Factor and former EastEnder Patsy got her marching orders from the BBC's Strictly Come Dancing.
However, Hove's Zoe Ball survived the public vote to dance another day on the dancing show.
Chico Slimani, 34, who went to Hazelwick School in Pound Hill, Crawley, narrowly lost out to crooner Andy Abraham in the XFactor's audience vote.
He performed James Brown's I Feel Good and The Time Warp from The Rocky Horror Show. Even judge Simon Cowell, who has never been a fan, admitted Chico had brought some fun to the competition.
As Chico said farewell, Cowell pointed to the stage and said: "Chico time may be over here."
He then gestured to the audience and added: "But it ain't over there."
On Strictly Come Dancing 33-year-old Patsy, who lives in Brighton, broke down in tears after she became the eighth celebrity to leave.
