An exclusive cocktail bar has been named one of the best places to party in the country.
Koba in Western Road, Brighton, is in the UK's Top 50 Best Party Venues chart, featured in the The Independent's supplement The Information.
It was also recently voted by The Independent as one of the UK's top ten bars of the year.
The list commends the three-storey atmospheric haunt for its good party spaces such as the opulent Champagne Bar and The Gods, with its central bar and high-beamed ceilings.
The members' club boasts a large selection of award-winning cocktails and is a popular late-night drinking spot, with live jazz and blues performances and DJs on Friday and Saturday nights.
Owner Jake Kempston said: "I'm thrilled these great spaces have been recognised nationally."
Local companies, including Skint Records, have hired out the spaces for functions and a new level of membership is being launched so more people can become members.
