I applaud Sir Paul McCartney and his wife, Heather, for publicly denouncing China for allowing such barbaric, appalling and unimaginable cruelty to animals (The Argus, November 27). This is human behaviour at its worst.
Good for them to say they will never set foot in China. I hope there is also a boycott by athletes from the Olympics there in 2008.
