So many people run down young people of today, I felt an experience my husband and I had was worth writing about.
We arrived for the start of the 6.10pm performance Mrs Henderson Presents at the Brighton Marina Cineworld complex on Sunday, November 27.
As I have difficulty walking and standing, my husband asked a young man in a suit, who turned out to be the assistant manager, if we could have a chair for me while waiting for the film to start, which he duly found.
While I was waiting, as the previous film showing was about to end, another member of staff came over.
She introduced herself as Natalie, the cinema's manager, and said that, if we liked, after the cinema had emptied, we could go in early and get seated while it was being cleaned and before the other patrons arrived.
The thoughtfulness and consideration shown by these two people was worth mentioning. I have also written to Cineworld.
Some of the older generation are too quick to criticise and not praise the youth of today when they should.
