The Argus Christmas Bus will be travelling through the streets of Hollingbury in Brighton tonight on the next leg of its festive fund-raising journey.
Santa and his volunteer helpers will gather at the bus stop in Ditchling Road near the junction with Friar Road at 6.30pm before setting off along surrounding streets to raise money for The Argus Appeal and the Martlets Hospice in Hove.
Appeal coordinator Elsa Gillio is delighted with the first week of the tour.
She urged people to look out for the bus until its final journey on December 22. Angela Robertshaw, of bus sponsor Legal and General, said: We are delighted to support The Argus Appeal, which benefits hundreds of people in our community.
Anyone who would like to help Santa on the Christmas bus can call Peter at the Martlets on 01273 747455.
It will travel from the bus stop in Ditchling Road to Friar Road, Beechwood Avenue, Greenfield Crescent, Wilmington Way, Lyminster Avenue, Woodbourne Avenue, Carden Hill, Rotherfield Crescent, Cuckmere Way and Carden Hill before returning to Ditchling Road.
